Delivery
Orders ship from our Guinness Road warehouse in Trafford Park, Manchester. Stock you see on the site is in our warehouse right now — order before our daily cut-off and we'll get it out the door the same working day.
When we dispatch
- Cut-off: orders placed before 12:00 (UK time) on a working day ship that day.
- Dispatch days: Monday – Friday.
- Closures: we observe England & Wales bank holidays plus our annual warehouse Christmas shutdown (24 Dec – 2 Jan).
Transit times once dispatched
- UK mainland: 1 working day (DPD next-day).
- Offshore postcodes (Scottish islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands): 2 working days (DPD economy).
- Pallet deliveries follow the same calendar; carrier varies by zone.

- Orders containing glass bottle drinks always travel by pallet — glass can't safely ship in a DPD parcel. Remove any glass bottle drinks from your basket and it can ship via DPD parcel instead.
- Offshore postcodes (Scottish islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands) are quoted separately at checkout; for Northern Ireland, please contact us for a delivery price.
- The exact figure always shows on your cart and checkout page before you pay.
Stock that's run out mid-checkout
The free-stock figure shown next to each product refreshes every 60 seconds and we re-check it again when you hit the checkout. If a fast-moving line goes out of stock between you adding it to your basket and paying, we'll show a clear message so you can either remove it or wait for the next inbound shipment.
